A 15-year-old boy in Florida has been arrested in connection with a mass shooting that occurred at a homecoming game outside Bragg Stadium. According to reports, the incident unfolded after a physical altercation before shots were fired. The shooter, Anthony Rivers III, was arrested on October 25 on charges of 11 counts of attempted homicide and one count of possession of a firearm by a delinquent.
