They need around-the-clock watching. They’re not toys. They’re not ornaments. They’re children, and parents, particularly mothers, aren’t protecting them. They’re extremely valuable, so predators must see them treated with the utmost respect. If the window of neglect cracks open a half inch, the perpetrators’ ribcage surrounding their souls will collapse, and they will fold, compress, and slide through like rats.
